Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Wednesday…

I often listen to this and have for years to keep me on track….sometimes when relaxing..sometimes as I walk..

Breakfast is coming up..however the plan is round 2 of ☕️..nothing else….just keep fasting…scale not showing but summer shorts are closer to fitting…for me..that’s the main reward…have several summer shorts to fit into…yearly challenges…I am addicted to rewarding myself with food..when I hit my goal…a bad habit…

Sun starting to come out…burning off the fog….

My girlfriend has an infection in her mouth..on antibiotics…she’s not able to eat…but has been eating less carbs…and that’s something..she keeps talking about…but….her choice..

Well..things to do…

Positive thoughts and energy to all….

Broke fast at noon..stressful day..girlfriend and sister both had different issues but went to er…both are on the mend..yes I stressed ate…but I’m over the stress now..knowing life is back in the flow again..
