No virus tripping me up anymore. I tested negative DAY 12. So now starting to exercise and diet again I am excited. Did not have symptons but I can feel that I need to build back stamina nevertheless. Oh well... onwards

One of my favorite things is some light yoga stretching, which for whatever reason I don't do often enough. I'm going to make an effort to take time for that every morning.
