Since I've reintroduced onions, bell peppers and tomatoes to my diet, I'm making a meat sauce this afternoon to eat with pasta tonight. This is a big step and I'm a little nervous, but we'll see.

It was delicious. A little bloating, but not much. Zenus, I've never had problems with any foods in the past.

@Shir... Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂 If you didn't have problems with them, why did you cut them out? 🤔

Zenus, I've been ill with severe trauma to my intestinal tract, so my doctor put me on a low-fiber/low-residue diet to give my intestines time to heal. I'm now in the process of gradually reintroducing fibrous foods.
