There you go z…..I clicked on the muscle icon on my fasting app…that’s what it said..

Took today off..listening to my body…while fasting don’t want to ver do it….this fast so far a mellow fast…hunger is gone….just 168 hours left it says…not many …lol….a few ahead of you…lol
