Happy 😃 happy 😃 another holiday….lol…

Their all holidays in my reality….lol…

Sipping my ☕️…window open…nice an quiet….birds must be taking the day off…

Rode 10 miles yesterday…impressed myself…mostly flat course in zwift….

No weigh in today..it’s a holiday…lol…it’s up again…had a crappy pick of lunch yesterday..and no amount of water flushed it out…might just be a one meal day today….my body was happier …seems like the food here…just has changed….all these great names for food…like they are trying to jazz up the food…a name isn’t gonna make a difference…I had what was suppose to be a brownie yesterday that was the size of a piece of cake….yes I ate it….first I’ve had in a few weeks…

Since it’s a holiday…might be hamburger and hot dogs for lunch…who knows…but I’m thinking breakfast..and fasting….lol…

Todays plan..ride….and counter pushups….among other stuff…

☕️ is gone….not good..still opening eyes….lol…usually takes 2 hours to wake up….been up since 5am….slowly getting with it…gonna be a 2 cup morning before breakfast….lol….

Have a fantastic positive day….need that second cup…

Hey Mike, I'm not up to your riding standards, but today I hit the five mile mark in my 15 minutes of riding. Baby steps for me but I am feeling more flex in my hip and knees, my walking pace is smoothing out a bit and I can lift my feet higher, so I am not stumbling as much!! Tiny changes, but changes for the good! You have a great day!

Whatever you do that your not use to doing is gonna help with movement…..and it’s good to mix up the workouts..to keep it different….today 5 miles..tomorrow…5.5 miles…lol….or….as I do…one day flat course…next day hill course….
