Even if I dont go back to 127lbs. If I just lose another 3-5 lbs, I'll be happy.

Hi Denise! I love cocker spaniels… I bet he/she would just love a 15 minute walk twice a day…. There’s nothing better than feeling good about yourself! 30 minutes a day would not only change your weight, it would change your life… puppy’s too :) DV
