👏🏻 for ending 2022 weighing less than you started the year with (more than I can say😖) Do you have any exercise-related goals, or particular health numbers you are aiming for this year?

Thanks JB. I love being active which is why I do not want to be overweight. But I always need to push myself to lift. It is not my favorite but I know strength is very important. My last cholestol numbers were fine and I am generally not too worried about them. But do not want to take Statins so I keep my doctor happy LOL

Being lighter than you were last year is a huge accomplishment! Your lifting is like cardio for me...I know it's good for my heart health but it's a chore for me...💪
