Early morning…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 tuesday…

Woke up around 1130..last night hurting…right shoulder…took pain pill…layed back down..but never went to sleep…finally at 1212 am..got up..dressed..went down stairs hoping to find snacks in kitchen area…grabbed a couple to eat..so pills would work better…and decided it would be an early morning today…came back to room..just finished first cup of ☕️…i can see what kind of day this is gonna be…

Almost walked 2 miles in hall’s yesterday…decided to start walking more on days i feel like it…once i hit 2 miles..then set new goal of 3…keep adding on..less ipad time…more movement…

Was snowing on radar when i got up..but just flurries…unlike thursday ..when they are saying..3-5… or who knows till it hits the ground…along with high winds…suppose to be coldest its been in several years…im already getting things charged…in event power goes off..wont be any internet..but will have use of ipad..and can still workout…lol…

Well…guess its time to have another cup…lol…really i feel like walking..but its only 207am…lol…and most of the residents are sleeping…and i like to take the stairs…and i have to open and close doors quickly..or try to…might still go walking to get my 2-3 miles in for the day…

Just chugging along.. .35 and i hit 2 miles…and its only 8/am…lol…rubbing on 3 cups of ☕️…lol…yeah..im sure a nap is in my futire today hopefully..yesterday they was saying..3-5 inches..now its 3-10….anything ttgat doesnt melt off same day it falls is too much…lol…

3-10! Wow! Yes, my ground has been white for several days from one night of snow last week. Nephew comes tonight. Told him we would go out tomorrow and probably in for a week after that!:) Third cup?!🎉☕️☕️☕️

Hubby;s shoulder and arm are giving me fits. My problem is my right hip and thigh.
