Lately I have been on a see-food diet, I've been eating everything in sight. Also, I haven't been sleeping well, and I have not been swimming (totally unmotivated). All this is stress-related, as I am well aware. I am also aware that the causes of my stress are out of my control and are not going to go away anytime soon.

So, obviously, I need to find ways to relieve some of my stress that do not involve food. And, I'm working on that. I'm not really asking for advice, I'm just writing to let you know what's going on with me right now. I am trying to be present more regularly, as this site helps me to be accountable for my actions. You are always there for me, encouraging me and cheering me on. I'm so sorry I haven't been there for you very much lately, I'm working on that too.

I can identify with the stress that is out of your control. Your ability to support others is without compare. I will pray for peaceful resolutions to those things that are weighing on your heart and mind.

I'm fighting, too, Shir. I know it, I'm fighting and there are some things going on I don't mention here that are really stressing me. we're all in it together and I really appreciate you even when I can't get to a response right away.

Love ya Shirfleur!💕🌺 I also am stressed and part is I just can’t back on the diet train. There must be a demon in me, for I don’t follow my own rules!😟 Just remember, today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.😊🌸 Just don’t leave us, this is a good place to vent and have company. ♥️ All the things I really like to do seems to be fattening lately.😁

I'm having the same issues Shrewd, but we can do this, we've done it before. I'm trying to focus on one day at a time with a goal of weighing less at the end of this month than I did at the end of last month, no particular number, just down.
