We will be going out for supper tonight for my birthday. I am going to enjoy the meal and may even indulge in a piece of dessert. I figure I deserve to enjoy the day. 48 only happens once. LOL. However I may think differently for the following couple of days when I step on the scale.

Happy birthday. Enjoy it. Surprising how just a few bites of your favorite stuff can be enough to feel you treated yourself but didn’t go overboard. That’s my plan anyway as I go out to celebrate a friend’s birthday tonight. :)

I will try that app. “Lose it”. as a backup. I kind of felt a bit of panic when I could not see where my macros were sitting. Funny how easy it was to not pay attention and put on the weight. On the other hand it requires so much dedication to lose it.
