So I have been going by this apps recommended calorie intake and keep going up if I don’t work out and stay the same if I do work out. So I’m decreasing my daily calorie intake and I will see how that goes.

You are doing really well. You are losing and that is winning!!!! I am sure it will help me. It was a difference of almost 300 calories from this app to the one you suggested. So thanks again!!
