A little discouraged but that is my own fault. Weekends are the hardest since there is always a celebration going on. I just have to make more conscious choices (even though there are next to none when my family get a together). Maybe I should be the one to bring the healithier choice of food at celebrations that way it will steer me away from the not so healthy ones. I haven't gained any weight but but I also haven't lost but one.
On a side note I did fit into a size 16 jeans I've been holding on to for 8yrs!!!!! People are starting to notice my loss especially my boyfriend 😊😊 feels goooooooooood 😊😊
