I just don't get it. I eat right and workout and I freacking gian 3 lbs.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 47.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been feeling the same these days. I just keep telling myself If I hit the nail over and over it will go into the wall. You have done an amazing job and you will get over the humps.
