I'm finally back! I'v been slacking for 3 months now, but last Friday I said - That's it, no more! And I went back strickly to phase 1 of South Beach. It feels so good!
I don't know much about obese classes, but I have an app that tracks my weight...when I started I was class III, well this morning I am now only Class I YAY!!!!
