steady after quite big meals and a lot oil in my food yesterday. I was really tired yesterday after a late night and that always triggers cravings and hunger. I ate extra of the permitted food, and hope that it doesn;t tip the scale higher. It seems to have worked. I weigh in the same, and have eaten moderately so far today. Caution: somteimts the results of my eating don't show up for a day or two, i could still get caught out by yesterday.
