Started out good Wednesday. Ready for Phase 3 Metabolic Adjustment. Ate quiche--not that satisfying and didn't track snacks and lunch and can't remember what I ate. I was out of lettuce when I had lunch and didn't have a grain but don't remeber what I did eat--maybe blueberries and cheese?
