Ok so i worked out yesterday and made myself believe me!! guess its just a down time i felt very tired but this was the first day i was home early with no place to go. but when i jumped on the scale this morning i was back down to 231 must keep working out.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how hard it can be to take those 1st steps of a work out, especially when we aren't feeling it. Good for you for just doing it. It has paid off.
