yesterday I had no choice but to fast until 6pm from 8pm the previous night. 22hrs 😖 I did drink coffee twice with 0 cal sweetener and half and half along with a 100 cal cocoa almond pouch but dinner was so filling and amazing.! half zucchini and 1/4 med eggplant sauteed with red peppers, red onions, jalapenos in 1tsp garlic coconut oil, 1 c basmati rice and a shares tilapia fillet 😋 so filling and satisfying. Today 3/21 breakfast starts at 12 PM 3 hard boiled eggs, tobasco and cumin with 1c fresh pineapple and quartered strawberries
105.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
