Pre Passover holiday preparation including the turning over of the kitchen has made meal preparation very challenging especial dinner. Eating out more then I would like. Making the best healthy choices that I can.
Maintaining a more fried food practice. Eating lots of vegetables and berries. Need to drink more water.
110.0 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
