Broke the plateau!! Yes! 3.5 to go til next goal! I actually yelled “YAASSSSSSSS!!” with my fists in the air when I stepped on the scale hahaha. Onward!
67.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
