Good initial progress on February 23rd 2018 Iweighed in at 229 it’s not been easy but so worth it I feel better already and look forward to feeling even better I’m not the type to post pictures of myself but I see everyone else is doing it so Here we go
97.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The thing about pics is that even when the scale does not go down, u can see obvious non scale victories on pictures

my clothes fit better too. the shirt i;m wearing i could not wear 12 lbs heavier it was too tight!i have a few of these shirts they have motivation slogans re running to keep me inspired to be active. love them so happy they fit now!
