weighed myself friday bcuz i was going away. Got back early, wanted to see if I could actually lose in a couple of day, nd holy carola... im convinced.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
