Very bad week. I gained 2 pounds.. which is ok. My hip/leg has been hurting so badly. So I haven't exercised. I am going to start again tomorrow.. with baby steps.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
