Dammmit. Lol. My own fault. Too much salt and WAY below my water intake. Woke up bloated this morning. Thankfully, bloat is temporary!!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
