Weight has bounced around more than my recording shows (mostly up).

Finally back well under 80kgs and mostly thanks to lighter meals & less snacking in afternoons/evenings.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
