心得:可能是天氣的緣故,最近都昏昏欲睡

Lunch: 1 baked chicken thigh; 1/4 Chinese yams; 1/2 cups of bean sprout; 1tbsp. butter; 2 tbsp. miso
Dinner: 2 cups of nest fern stir-fry; 2 cups of spinach stir-fry
Exercise: spin bile (21 miles/1 hour); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); sit-ups (25x2/3 minutes; 25x2/3 minutes)
Feeling: drowsy; I get it has something to do the gloomy weather
