I have adopted a new view and practice to my weight loss journey.
I have stopped going to a regular weight check as I feel that the weekly checks were adding extra pressure. Now I don't have to scramble around for excuses each week.

I am not as stressed about the food I am consuming and having to think about how it will affect my weight on a certain day. I can now look at my weight as an average over a specific time frame
109.4 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As Yasmine says do what is best for you. We are all on the same journey. I calorie count and weigh usually once a week..... it works for me 😁
