Adding some excercise lately blood sugar 93 this am had some blueberries yesterday ...gonna eat 1 fruit a day not eating after 7pm trying to fast at least 12 hours everyday 7pm until 7am ...or longer it's just my coffee in the morn 🤗☕️with heavy cream until I feel hungry or have to eat lunch at work
