My scale is whacko! When I weighed yesterday, I had either lost 24# or gained 50#!!!😱 😮😜 I don't know why it does that, because when I weighed today it settled right on 226#. NEED to start using the food diary. See if that will help me get to ketosis. I seem like I don't get hungry really, but my energy levels go down down down. And they don't go up very well. Can't give up now! I hear (hope) that if I get into ketosis, my energy will be higher than where I started. I better get there soon, this is getting to not be any fun.
