I've been dreading getting on the scale for a while now. the past few months have been really hard on my family and my diet and exercise have been trashed. I'm really upset about how much I've gained but I'm gonna work really hard to get it off. does anyone have any tips to shed 10 pounds the quickest way but keeping it healthy?
