I've always had poor body image purely for the fact I was obese as a child and bullied for it so that's why I've been kicking my ass now to loose weight now that I have got it off (in everyone's words to the point I look un healthy) I can't shake the feeling I'm still over weight even although I know my body is a lot better ( doesn't make sense right? xD) I keep saying that's it I'm going to stop counting cals and stop obsessing over my weight I mean I've made myself I'll obsessing over it ffs xD but I go all day without caring and not counting cals then at night I get the thoughts of what if what if this what if that blah blah blah. I mean I don't eat unhealthy my day consists of basically
morning porridge and half a banana ( I share half with my son if) usually 180 cals
lunch usually lean diced turkey breast usually 150
tea it usually changed EVERYDAY ranging from potatoes and tuna up to lasange usually between 400cals to 800cals
Then every other night I have a piece or two or 12 of chocolate usually 200- 700 cals
so my cals usually don't exceed 2000 cals unless I have a cheat day or meal then they can go up to 3500.
My daily calorie intake SHOULD be 3200 because I'm at the gym EVERYDAY for 3-6 hours and burn 1000 cals average ontop of my 2200 daily cals so I'm really just hurting myself now but I don't know what to do xD I'm honestly trying but can't seem to get out. just now all I've been able to do is cut the gym down to just 3/4 hours exercise (2 hours weight training half 45 mins cardio 30 mins abdominal training 1 hour sauna - I love saunas there so relaximg- ) but I sometimes think it's not enough
sorry for the rant I just needed to let this out
74.4 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
