Sashimi and Sushi yesterday and particularly the soy sauce probably did this to me but it matches the pattern I've been talking about when I get a gain.
When I stay on the diet perfectly so I know I didn't eat too much and I move more than ordinarily I definitely see games more often than not.

Over the nearly 50 years I've been doing this this pattern has done my nemesis my nemesis!

Recently on here I've come to realize factors leaving to this kind of outcome. it's come to my attention that as fat cells release their material they build up by products that absorb water. so although the fat cell no longer has the fat it weighs probably more because of the water. it takes a while to flush that out and see they hard earned results. and that's also why water is important while losing weight. what is better with a little lemon little acid I think you've heard.

So again confidence that all is well and my results will come from my extremely hard work and dedication, patience is the word of the day.
