finally off that plateau. wow only 35lbs to go. I can't believe it. I still feel like I am 277 pounds and have turned down or made excuses for online dates because of that mentality. ugh
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
