NSV yesterday: When putting away the dark leafy greens after grocery shopping, I muttered "I love eating healthy" because that is the way I felt at the moment.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
