Yay! now that summer is closer I can look forward to getting out more it isn't always below 0 now! My loosing weight plan is back on track and it is going to be great! Here's to good weather for everyone trying to get out and get active!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 17.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
