Not a big surprise to me that I gained. had girl scout powder puff derby with snacks, friends were over for game night and over did it with dinner, had ice cream, and no exercise. like I said not a surprise, just a bump in the road ( or like here in Michigan a pot hole) keep on the road and get back at it.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
