ok. resolved! WHEW!
What happened (I think) is we tried some frozen scallops that night before and then the next night that were so salty they were hard to eat too much of. I'm racking up the weight gain to this unexpected anomaly,

LOL If you weigh every day you have to expect the ups and downs! LOL Only if you go for longer periods will you get a nice trend line! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can’t sweat the small stuff.🙋🏻

Yes I've heard that. I'm 1 of those immediate results baby. I have to bc if I weighed weekly and gained that pound I'd find a building and jump. Lol But look at my trend line it's even good daily but for those dreadfully salty frozen scallops.
