So didn't eat good choices yesterday. When I do that I have a weight gain the next day. I've just looked over a low fat food plan. Still think LCHF and IF works better for me when I do it.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
