Oh, I am so pleased! This new food plan is more complicated than my old one, and takes a bit more work to prep for, but it has absolutely been worth it.
I also have been healing nicely from my wisdom tooth extraction almost 2 weeks ago, and it seems that any water retention I had is gone now.
Thank you for all the support and kind words y'all gave to me last week when I was feeling down about it all. ❤
