Seriously? On a roller-coaster these past few months for weight.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Pam. Been thinking of you (and Buddy) lately given recent events in FL. I've been reading your posts. I'm just so busy so far this year I've had no real time for FS. Completely pooped when I get home after work. Oh well, April 15 is coming soon - on a plane to Jamaica for a week and a half for much-needed R&R. 😊

I don't get it. I weighed in this morning and after 2 high-calorie days, my weight was 146.4. I'm beginning to think my scale is just messing wih me.

Update - it's been confirmed - my scale is DEFINITELY messing with me. I just stepped on it again - 147.2. So it appears that I've gained nearly a pound in a half hour. That scale's gotta go.
