Day 4 water fast. Feeling kinda OK-ish. Hosted some clients for lunch, lied to em that I had a late breakfast at 11. They bought it. So I sat there for about 20 minutes while they ate mouth watering dishes. I figured I should stay alive to journal about it.
Upped my water intake by an extra liter.
