I think you are doing pretty well! Exercising 6 days a week is pretty great! Weight tends to fluctuate sometimes! I don’t think you Should worry sick about it! Wait and see if you won’t loose it that week

Hey there I can guarantee if you look back at your journal you will see the issue. You had had 3 or 4 bad days in one week where you stated you over ate. Gauranteed if you get one solid week under your belt with sticking to it in a strict manner and drinking tons of water it will go back down. I know from being an athlete all my life that exercise won't stave off weight gain and that diet is 80%! I trained 17 hours a week for an Ironman and still gained 20lbs from not watching my diet. You got this - don't derail yourself 💖

Yep, fat loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. My husband lost 110 lb. in 13 months and never exercised one day. Changed his nutrition. Gained muscle and skin kept tight.

Try tracking all your food and water intake to see if and where you are making an error

You can't just go by weight loss and weight gain. You need to keep track of measurements. Furthermore, if you're a woman, weight really can fluctuate by 10 lbs depending on various things such as where you are in your monthly cycle and water retention from hormone changes and consuming too much salt and not enough water, fece build up in your intestines (gross, I know), as well as depending on when you weigh yourself in the day (best time is first thing in the morning after you use the toilet (if you catch my drift).
