I have fallen off track recently. Actually the 2 weeks I have been eating junk. Not too badly outta hand, but enough to go from 219 back up to 222. My madness will end tonight. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
