Breakfast: 1 cup of miso soup with fish, tofu, mushrooms, and Japanese radish; 1 tangerine
Dinner: 1 cup of creamy meatball soup; 100 grams of pork
Workouts: none
Feeling: very nervous during job interview, hoping that I nailed it
108.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
