No weight loss again! But I am losing inches so I guess it's the exercise I've been doing.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm running into the same thing - my scale isn't moving much, but I am losing inches. It can be a bit disheartening to stand on the scale and not see much happening. However - losing inches means fat loss. (Of course today I 'm so bloated from the damn nuts I probably put on 5 inches! haha) Keep up the good work, Rose! I know we can do this!
