Day 3 water fast and as expected I lost some weight.

Feeling great though, no hunger pangs. I did almost order lunch and then stopped myself at the very last second lol

Got a routine checkup on Friday so I might be able to get some stats on my health.
81.9 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
