Ok I think I figured it out .....I increased my protein yesterday and it seems better the weakness in arms and legs and twitchy ness ...cross your fingers ..👍
69.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
