Ouch. This is due to my tooth extraction. Water retention, not working out, and casting aside my diet plan in favor of foods that I could actually eat. (See previous post for more details.) I decided before I even weighed in that I would not let this number bring me down. It is going to inspire me to get back on track, ASAP. And that starts today! I am clear to workout! 😍 Chewing was still difficult yesterday, haven't tried today yet. But today we go to market, and I will be back on my food plan by tomorrow, no matter what it takes.
