Gained a few after I started working again, sitting all day and eating takeout for lunch really adds on.
But I started actually working out again yesterday. Started with squats, completed 81. Today I did 62 squats and a 5mins plank, plus did laundry and dishes.
Going to bed at 8:15pm cos I'm so tired lol.
