I feel as though "MY OWN DIET" isn't working for me, so I'm trying something else. Some family members are on the HCG diet and are doing great!
So, for the past 2 days I "loaded" up on calories and gained 3 lbs, which is what you are suppose to do before you begin the 500 cal. per day on the HCG diet.
I'm doing the drops, not the injections and they are tolerable.
My brother, who is a man with a large frame - 6'3" has lost a lot of weight and is maintaining it well. He has had no side effects or issues since starting this diet. Wish me luck!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good luck TexasTerra! I'm on P3 right now, lost 26.5lbs and am maintaining....which was the one thing about this diet that really drew me in. I think the first week of P2 is the hardest, but it gets easier after that. My husband lost 42 lbs! It's an amazing thing. :)

Happy Shedding! I start my second round of phase 2 on Monday. I am really happy with my results in the first round.
